Our client is looking for a motivated and organised Junior Administrative Assistant to join their team in Wolverhampton.
This is much more than just an administrative role. It's an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a successful business, learn how the company operates, and progress into other areas as your skills and experience develop. No previous office experience is required, as full training will be provided. The role will begin on a temporary basis for three months, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role
You'll support the day-to-day running of the office while gaining valuable administrative experience and developing your skills.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining organised digital and paper filing systems.
Scanning, naming and filing documents accurately.
Using Microsoft Outlook to manage emails and calendars.
Entering information into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Answering telephone calls and taking messages.
Greeting visitors and providing general office support.
Assisting colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
Keen to start a career in administration.
Organised with good attention to detail.
Confident using a computer and willing to learn Microsoft Office.
Friendly with good communication skills.
Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.
No previous office experience required.
