About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join a busy and successful automotive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a passion for vehicle cosmetics and high-quality workmanship.
* Carry out SMART repairs on a range of vehicles.
* Repair scratches, scuffs, dents, and bumper damage.
* Paint preparation, colour matching, and refinishing.
* Alloy wheel refurbishment and cosmetic repairs.
* Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer and company standards.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Level 2 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair, Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent automotive qualification.
* Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Paint Sprayer, Prep Technician, or Vehicle Cosmetic Repair Technician.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
