About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and organised Administrator to join our client's busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing high-quality support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the wider team.
Managing and updating company databases and records accurately.
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Preparing reports, documents, and presentations as required.
Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
Processing data entry and ensuring information is kept up to date.
Filing, scanning, and organising documents both electronically and manually.
Supporting colleagues with general office administration tasks.
Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
Skills and Experience Required
Previous administrative experience is essential.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
Professional and positive attitude.
