A growing and highly respected professional services organisation based in Matlock is seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join their busy and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of business processes, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records and supporting senior management with a broad range of administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support across the business
Coordinate complex diaries, appointments and workload schedules
Review and quality check documentation and reports for accuracy and consistency
Act as a key point of contact for customers and colleagues, managing queries professionally and efficiently
Build strong relationships with clients, providing updates and managing your own portfolio of contacts
Maintain accurate records and databases
Support business projects, audits and operational activities as required
Provide senior-level administrative support to the leadership team
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company procedures at all timesWhat You'll Need

Previous experience within a busy administrative, coordination or office support role
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
A professional and confident telephone manner
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Office and business systems such as CRM platforms
A proactive approach and the confidence to work independently when requiredWhat's on Offer

Salary from £28,000 depending on experience
