Play an important part in our journey
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll work across our ambient, chilled and frozen warehouse environments, helping to prepare customer orders for delivery.
Working as part of a supportive and hardworking team, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are in the right place at the right time, so our drivers can leave on schedule and our customers receive the service they expect.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. If you like to stay busy and want to make a real difference behind the scenes, you'll fit right in.
What you'll be doing
Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
Loading vehicles ready for delivery
Organising and storing products safely and correctly
Using warehouse equipment safely, with full training provided
Moving stock using pump trucks, power pallet trucks and in some cases forklifts
Supporting colleagues to keep the warehouse running smoothly
Helping ensure drivers leave on schedule with complete and accurate ordersWhat we're looking for
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Great teamwork and communication skills
Good attention to detail
A commitment to delivering excellent service
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Warehouse or multi-temperature experience is helpful, but not essential
