The core element of this role is to investigate, resolve and prevent customer account queries, working collaboratively across teams to ensure issues are addressed quickly and accurately. The role plays a key part in supporting Credit Control, removing barriers to payment and ensuring customer accounts are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:
-Investigate and resolve customer account queries
-Support Credit Controllers with payment-related queries
-Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries
-Ensure queries are resolved within agreed timescales
-Maintain accurate records of queries and resolutions
-Support account investigations and resolution activity
-Build effective relationships across Finance and other teams
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
