We are recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant to work in a specialist secondary school in Bushey, supporting secondary school students with additional needs.

The Role
Working alongside teaching staff, you will:
Support pupils in lessons, one-to-one and in small groups.
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils.
Encourage engagement, confidence and independence.
Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
Help create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Adapt your approach to meet individual needs.About You

Flexible, proactive and committed to pupil wellbeing.Previous experience in SEN, autism, SEMH, education, care, youth work or behaviour support is beneficial. Candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
