Payroll & Billing Manager

📍 Location: North Wales (Llandudno)
🕒 Permanent, Full-TimeHybrid (1 Day once fully trained)

Are you an experienced Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger or Credit Control professional looking for a varied role with broader responsibilities?

I'm currently working with an established educational organisation in North Wales that is looking to appoint a Billing & Payroll Manager to join their finance team.What will you be doing?

✅ Managing the monthly payroll process
✅ Overseeing billing, invoicing and fee collection activities
✅ Credit control and aged debt management
✅ Processing BACS payments and reconciliations
✅ Supporting month-end, year-end and audit processes
✅ Pension administration and payroll compliance
✅ Producing finance and payroll reports for management

What are they looking for?

✔ Experience within payroll, sales ledger, accounts receivable, credit control or transactional finance
✔ Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
✔ Experience of Sage Payroll would be advantageous
