As Department Manager, you will lead from the front, driving sales performance, motivating a large team of associates, and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding shopping experience. Department Manager - Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a large team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
Drive store performance and contribute to achieving multi-million pound turnover
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive, energetic sales culture
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to maximise sales
Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
