About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Receptionist / Corporate Front of House Coordinator to join a prestigious corporate organisation based in the heart of London.
As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and contractors, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy corporate office. This position combines traditional reception duties with a strong focus on security, administration and facilities coordination.We are looking for a confident, polished and highly organised individual who thrives in a professional environment and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close reception, ensuring all systems and processes are operational and secure
- Welcome visitors, clients and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage visitor registration, ID verification, access passes and visitor logs.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, courier deliveries and collections.
- Support building security procedures, including access control and key management
- Monitor and report any security or health and safety concerns
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with hospitality arrangements.
- Liaise with building management and service providers regarding facilities and maintenance issues.
- Arrange transport bookings and provide administrative support to the wider business
- Assist with the organisation of internal meetings and company events
About You

- Previous experience in a corporate reception, front-of-house or client-facing environment

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
