We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a newly built, modern warehouse supporting a fast-paced retail and e-commerce operation.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous warehouse leadership experience who is looking to grow within a thriving business, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading and motivating a warehouse team to achieve daily targets
*
Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatch
*
Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
*
Monitoring productivity and maintaining high operational standards
*
Assisting with staff training and performance management
*
Working closely with management to ensure smooth workflow across departments
Requirements:
*
Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience within a retail or e-commerce warehouse environment
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
*
Good understanding of warehouse operations and KPIs
*
Flexible attitude towards overtime when required
