The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Labourer / 2nd Man

As a Labourer / 2nd Man, you will play a key supporting role to skilled trades and site teams, assisting with the safe and efficient delivery of fabrication and installation work.
You will be responsible for ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are available and prepared, while maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety across all working areas.
Key Responsibilities
Assist skilled operatives, fabricators, fitters and welders with daily tasks on-site and in the workshop
Support the loading, unloading, and movement of materials and equipment
Prepare work areas, tools, and components in line with job requirements
Carry out general labouring duties including cleaning, grinding, and basic mechanical assistance
Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to efficient workflow on projects
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times
Support site installations, including working away when required What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a labouring or industrial environment (engineering, fabrication, or construction preferred)
A strong work ethic with a proactive and reliable approach
Willingness to learn and support skilled trades
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good awareness of health and safety practices
Flexibility to travel and work away from home when required
CSCS, CCNSG or equivalent site safety card essential.
