The School and Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Primary Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Salford. This fantastic opportunity is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to begin or develop their teaching career in a supportive environment.
You will take responsibility for a Year 2 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that help pupils achieve their full potential. Working alongside a dedicated leadership team and supportive colleagues, you will create a positive classroom culture where children feel confident, valued, and inspired to learn every day.
Requirements
To be considered for this Primary Teacher position, you will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Primary Education
Be an ECT or experienced Primary Teacher
Have a genuine passion for helping children learn and succeed
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Deliver engaging lessons that motivate and challenge learners
Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
Requirements
To be considered for the Primary Teacher role, you should have:
QTS or be on track to achieve QTS this summer.
A genuine enthusiasm for supporting pupils from Early Years through Year 6.
Sound understanding of curriculum expectations within primary education.
Confidence communicating clearly and taking responsibility for a class.
Professional, dependable and adaptable approach.
Ability to form strong working relationships with children and colleagues.
