Are you an experienced Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsman looking to work on a wide variety of interesting litigation cases?
This is an opportunity to join a market-leading Litigation Team acting for major public and private sector organisations, insurers, local authorities and housing associations. You'll play a key role supporting specialist litigation teams on a broad range of challenging and rewarding matters.
You will need knoweldge/experience of:
- Producing Precedents H, R and T
- Advising on third-party costs
- Drafting Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute and Replies
- Negotiating inter partes costs
- Preparing costs schedules for summary assessment
- Managing provisional and detailed assessments
- Providing costs advice to colleagues and clients
You'll work closely with teams across:
- Clinical Risk
- Insurance Litigation
- Property Litigation
- Commercial Litigation
