* Clear opportunity for progression as SOAR grows
* Supportive, friendly and ambitious team culture

Who We're Looking For
Recruitment experience is preferred, particularly within Education, Early Years, Childcare or Care, but we’ll also consider strong sales and business development professionals.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially driven, naturally good with people and motivated to build something of their own.
You should enjoy winning new business, developing relationships and, most importantly, care about making the right placement — not just any placement.
Why SOAR?
We’re not building a churn-and-burn recruitment agency.
SOAR is built around people, relationships and long-term partnerships. We want our consultants to have the freedom to build strong desks, earn well and develop their careers without losing the human side of recruitment.
If you want autonomy, uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to grow alongside an ambitious recruitment business, we want to hear from you
