Moving from a permanent music teacher role is always frightening, but teaching in a school that enables job satisfaction should be the goal. Alternatively, these roles would be a perfect for an NQTs as you will be surrounded by a supportive department. These music teacher roles will commence on the 5th October 2026 and will continue until the end of the 2027/28 academic year. You will be expected to teach students to play an instrument and to read and understand music.
