TITLE: Sales Executive – Waste Management / Recycling
SALARY: £35,000 Basic + Commission, Car or Car Allowance (£4.8k), Pension
Typical OTE: £50k
LOCATION: Caldicot, Cheltenham, Dursley and surrounding areas
THE ROLE: Sales Executive – Waste Management / Recycling
* Identify and win new business opportunities within retail, manufacturing, production, and industrial sectors
* Generate your own leads through networking, prospecting, and referrals, and cold calling
* Sell waste management and recycling contracts tailored to client needs
* Build and manage your own diary
* Develop long-term client relationships to maximise account value
YOU WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
* Waste Management / Recycling ( Not essential and training will be offered )
* Facilities Management (FM) or Total Facilities Services
* Environmental or Industrial Service Sales
* Business-to-Business (B2B) solution selling
YOU WILL HAVE A BACKGROUND AS:
Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Manager, Commercial Sales Executive, BDE, BDM
IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
Proven track record in winning new business contracts
Experience selling service-based solutions in any sector
Strong consultative sales approach
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Full UK Driving Licence
Willingness to travel regionally as required
