Unity Resourcing is delighted to be recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of a successful and growing organisation based in Kirk Hammerton.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys providing administrative support within a busy office environment. We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels, as long as you have strong administration skills, excellent IT abilities, and a willingness to learn.
Administrator duties will include:
* Processing orders, quotations, and related documentation accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining electronic records and filing systems
* Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
* Providing administrative support to the wider team
* Handling customer and supplier enquiries professionally
* Assisting with the resolution of queries and issues
* Supporting the team with general office administration
* Contributing to improvements in systems and processes
About You
* Previous administration experience, ideally within an office environment
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* A professional and confident telephone manner
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* A positive, flexible, and proactive approach
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
