Estate Agent Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator - Scope:
You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales in your area.
You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator - Key objectives:
Sales of residential properties
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Prospecting for market appraisals, viewings and cross-sales
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator - Remuneration:
£22,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience
Company Car or Car allowance - commensurate with experience
£35,000 - £40,000+ On Target Earnings
