Our Client is seeking a reliable and organised Accounts and Office Administrator in High Wycombe. The role will suit someone with practical accounting skills, strong computer knowledge and the confidence to support a busy office.

This permanent, full-time position combines bookkeeping and accounts administration with general office support in a B2B environment.

The salary is £30,000 per annum. The role is office-based, working Monday to Friday, 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

* Carry out basic bookkeeping using Sage 50 Accounts

* Raise sales invoices and follow up outstanding payments

* Enter purchase invoice data through Dext

* Process supplier statements

* Complete bank reconciliations

* Process employee expenses and petty cash

* Produce profit and loss reports

* Raise delivery notes

* Respond to emails

* Provide day-to-day administrative support across the office

Experience required:

* Practical accounting skills and experience using Sage 50 Accounts

* Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

* Confidence using computers for accounts and administrative work

* A reliable and organised approach

* Good communication skills
