We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract through to the end of the year.
You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing high-quality talent, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
What we're looking for:
Proven in-house or agency recruitment experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience recruiting across a variety of roles
Proactive sourcing and talent attraction expertise
Full UK driving licence and access to transportLocation & Working Pattern:
Near Selby, North Yorkshire
4 days onsite, 1 day working from home
Fixed-term day-rate contract through to end of December 2026
