Starbucks Barista

Join the Starbucks team and help create memorable moments for guests through exceptional service and quality coffee. As a Barista, you'll deliver legendary customer experiences in a vibrant, team-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items to guests

Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service

Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment

Work collaboratively with the team and engage confidently with guests

Your working hours

Full-time, shifts fall between 6:15am and 6:30pm

You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements

This role includes early mornings, evenings, bank holidays and weekends

About you

Confident, with excellent communication skills

Ability to build strong rapport with guests and colleagues

Naturally cheerful and friendly
