We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join a busy Production Team as Machine Operators. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a manufacturing environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position after a successful temporary period.

Location: Chelmsford
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Department: Production
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 8:00pm
Immediate Starts Available
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the production process by operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are completed efficiently and safely.
Operating production machinery following company procedures and training.
Monitoring machine performance and reporting faults or concerns.
Conducting quality checks on finished products.
Packing and preparing products for dispatch.
Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe.
Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
Assisting with general production duties as required.
No experience required - full training will be provided.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Must be able to work the required shift of 10:00am - 8:00pm.
