Key Responsibilities
* Managing commercial Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals
* Undertaking a wide variety of Commercial Valuations
* Advising clients on Landlord & Tenant matters
* Building and developing strong client relationships
* Delivering high-quality professional advice across an established portfolio
* Supporting the continued growth and future direction of the business
About You
We're looking to speak with experienced Commercial Surveyors who can demonstrate:
* Strong Commercial / General Practice surveying experience
* Registered Valuer status
* A proven track record handling commercial Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills
* A commercially minded, proactive approach
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
