Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Plan and implement engaging activities that support learning and development.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
Support children's social, emotional, and physical development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine love for working with children.
