Pay Rate: £12.49 per hour increasing 1st April 2026

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 09:00am-21:00pm

About the Role

Stafforce are recruiting for an experienced Bendi/Flexi Forklift Driver to join a fast‑paced 3PL fulfilment and logistics operation based in Erith. This site handles high‑volume stock movement, ecommerce fulfilment, and general warehouse operations for multiple clients, offering a busy and varied working environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys warehouse work, is confident operating Bendi/Flexi trucks, and is looking for stable hours and long shifts.

Key Duties

As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for:

Operating Bendi/Flexi trucks safely and efficiently to move stock around the warehouse
Loading and unloading vehicles
Supporting the fulfilment team with picking, packing, palletising and stock replenishment
Completing general warehouse duties when required
Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised, and compliant with H&S standards
Working as part of a busy team to meet daily operational targets

Requirements

Valid Bendi/Flexi Forklift licence
Previous warehouse or logistics experience
Ability to work 12‑hour shifts (09:00-21:00) Monday-Thursday
Good communication skills and a proactive work attitude
Reliability and strong attention to safety
