The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Atkinson Moss are working with an established manufacturing business based in Eye, Suffolk to appoint a Logistics Administrator.
In this role, you will support the Distribution Manager in coordinating the distribution of products to worldwide locations, ensuring efficient and compliant delivery.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
* Support transport and distribution processes to ensure efficient delivery to customers.
* Plan and arrange shipments to achieve the most cost-effective solutions while meeting delivery requirements.
* Prepare all necessary shipping documentation in line with relevant regulations.
* Support initiatives to maintain a zero-harm and safe working environment.
* Provide advice to the Sales team on transport options and obtain quotations.
* Work closely with the Packing team to ensure efficient and appropriate packing methods for all shipments.
* Liaise with customers and internal departments regarding order despatch and provide required updates and documentation.
* Support all departments requiring shipping and despatch services.
* Maintain accurate and timely updates on business systems to reflect shipment status and actions taken.
Essential Skills & Personal Attributes
* Strong administrative ability and excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Competent in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Work Experience Requirements
* Proven experience in a logistics role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid understanding of the role of a Logistics Coordinator/Controller.
