Role of Worldwide Luxury Travel Specialist:
* Booking a wide selection of luxury worldwide travel products, including tailor-made bespoke itineraries
* Working with clients directly and liaising with agents/suppliers
* Forging strong relationships with clients, agents and suppliers
* Delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times
* Offering product / destination advice and itinerary suggestions
* Achieving sales targets
Skills required for the role:
* Previous travel agency sales/tour operator experience - essential
* Luxury travel product knowledge - essential
* Strong sales ability / able to achieve sales targets
* Excellent customer service skills and good attention to detail
* Confident and professional telephone manner
