What the Temporary Administrator job involves
You will provide administrative support to the Managing Director, coordinating diaries and arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
You will prepare and collate documents ahead of meetings, set agendas and make sure the relevant information is available when needed.
Alongside this, you will support the Recruitment and HR Manager with recruitment administration, helping to keep the hiring process organised and moving.
Skills required
We are looking for someone who is naturally organised, proactive and comfortable managing several different priorities at once.
Previous administration or coordination experience.
Strong organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence speaking with stakeholders at different levels.
Good attention to detail.
The ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently when required.
Other information
This is a temporary position based in the Eastfield area of Scarborough and would suit someone who enjoys variety and wants to join a supportive, professional organisation where they can quickly become an important part of the team.
Full time working Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm

Temporary for a minimum of 8 weeks, possibly until the end of the year.
