A retail organisation are looking to bring an HR Administrator to join their People team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR and gain hands-on experience across a broad range of people processes.
You’ll be joining a collaborative HR team where you’ll support the day-to-day running of the function, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for employees and managers alike. The role will give you exposure to all areas of HR, from onboarding and employee records to supporting recruitment activity and responding to general HR queries.
The ideal candidate will either have a HR qualification, or an interest to develop their career in the field, who is organised, detail-focused, and eager to learn. You don’t need extensive HR experience, but some exposure to an office or administrative environment would be helpful. Most importantly, you’ll bring a proactive attitude!
They are based in High Wycombe so you will need to be based locally, as this role is mostly onsite.
