The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of innovative scientific products, working closely with engineering, R&D, technical support, and commercial teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate technical and customer requirements into detailed product specifications
* Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams on technical decision-making and product development
* Support technical releases, product improvements, and lifecycle optimisation
* Investigate and help resolve product quality and performance issues
* Act as a technical specialist for customer, sales and application-related enquiries
* Develop technical documentation, operator manuals, and training materials
* Deliver technical training to internal teams and external stakeholders
* Gather customer feedback and market insight to support future product enhancements
* Participate in site testing, technical investigations, and customer visits globally
About You
* Degree qualified in a science or engineering discipline
* Strong technical communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience working with scientific, laboratory, analytical, or industrial equipment is highly desirable
* Experience with water technologies is a nice to have
* Ability to balance technical detail with commercial and customer needs
* Passionate about customer-focused product development and continuous improvement
