Recruitment Solutions Workforce (RSW) are currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join a leading food manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time position with competitive pay and immediate starts.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Loading and unloading cans into retort machines.
* Operating and monitoring retort equipment safely and efficiently.
* Loading recipes into machine control panels.
* Carrying out quality checks and completing production paperwork.
* Ensuring products meet food safety, quality and hygiene standards.
* Working closely with production, packing and warehouse teams.
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Shift Pattern
Sunday to Thursday – 40 hours per week
* 6:00am – 2:00pm
* 2:00pm – 10:00pm
* 10:00pm – 6:00am
30-minute paid break each shift.
