The Role - Behaviour Support Assistant

A specialist SEMH school in Greenwich is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team. You will provide hands-on support to pupils who may struggle with emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement in the classroom.

You will be involved in 1:1 support, small-group activities, classroom intervention and behaviour monitoring. The successful candidate will need to be consistent in their approach while building trusting relationships with pupils.
