HW Finance are proud to be retained by a leading international, private equity-backed organisation to appoint a Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.
This is a high-profile leadership role reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and investors.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the Group’s FP&A function, driving performance, enhancing financial insight, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple countries and business units. This role combines technical excellence with forward-looking analysis, playing a key part in shaping growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Deliver high-quality management reporting and performance insights to Board and investors
- Partner with international finance teams to improve profitability and efficiency
- Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions and integrations
- Drive system and process improvements, including finance transformation projects
- Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team
Key Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Significant post-qualified experience in senior finance roles
- Strong FP&A, modelling, and commercial analysis expertise
- Experience in complex, multi-entity or international environments
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Track record of driving change, growth, or transformation
