We're looking for an experienced CNC Operative to join a precision engineering team. You'll set up, operate and monitor CNC to produce quality components to engineering drawings and production targets.

Key Responsibilities
Read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
Set up, run and monitor CNC machines
Load materials, change tooling/fixtures
Perform first-off and in-process inspections (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
Maintain production records and job cards
Report quality issues and support continuous improvement
Follow all H&S and quality procedures
Essential Requirements
Able to read engineering drawings
2+ years machining experience
Hands-on CNC operation and basic setup skills
Competent with measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and good time management
Desirable
CNC or conversational programming
Knowledge of tooling, feeds and speeds
Experience with ISO quality standards
