Staffline is recruting a Administrator in East London.
The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- 9am to 5pm
Your Time at Work
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting operational processes, and ensuring documentation is completed efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to site management and operational teams.
- Process and maintain production, stock, and warehouse records.
- Input and update data accurately on internal systems.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor sign-ins.
- Assist with employee onboarding and personnel administration.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Support Health & Safety administration and compliance activities.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and distribute actions.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal worker will have:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple departments.
