The Team
The Residential Property team is known for advising on a broad range of high-value and complex transactions. Work often includes:
- Prime and high-net-worth residential matters
- Complex financial arrangements
- Listed buildings and rural land transactions
- Time-sensitive and technically challenging deals
The Role
As an Associate, you will:
- Manage your own caseload of high-value residential property transactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team
- Support and engage in business development and networking initiatives
- Play a key role in maintaining the team’s reputation for excellence
This role offers a clear pathway for progression, with structured support towards Senior Associate level.
