Our client specialises in delivering high-quality, bespoke construction projects across Hampshire, Dorset and the surrounding areas, with a particular focus on luxury residential developments, contemporary new-build homes, heritage refurbishments and specialist commercial projects.
Their portfolio includes individually designed private residences, substantial extensions and renovations, sensitive restoration of period and listed buildings, and technically challenging projects incorporating Passivhaus construction principles and detailing.
With a strong reputation for quality workmanship, attention to detail and repeat business, the company continues to secure an interesting and varied pipeline of projects.
They are now looking to appoint an intermediate-level Quantity Surveyor to join their established team, taking responsibility for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
This is an opportunity to join a close-knit contractor where you will have genuine involvement in projects, work directly with senior management and play an important role in their continued success.
