HR Administrator - Contract

💰 £16.00 per hour PAYE
⏳ Contract Role, rolling 6 month contract
We're looking for a HR Administrator to join a busy HR team in Clevedon. This role will support recruitment, onboarding, employee records and general HR administration.
Key duties:
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Preparing contracts and HR documentation.
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems.
- Handling HR queries from employees and managers.
- Assisting with absence and employee relations administration.
What we're looking for:
- Previous administration experience.
- HR administration experience would be beneficial.
- Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, technical, industrial or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
