Employment Type: Full-time 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Your Responsibilities:
Manage day to day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry📅
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
Maintain organised filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications ☎️
Support team members with various administrative projects and tasks
Contribute to a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration🤝What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail📝
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn🌱
