This is a 24 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the works on behalf of the Employer's team
Collaborate with the Employer's Representative and other site team members including Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works/Assistant RE
Respond to contract RFIs, Material Acceptances, Testing Certificates, etc.
Inspect critical work items, issue NCRs, and sign off on completed works
Support the Employer's Representative in preparing monthly contractor payment valuations
Assist in responding to contract claims and dispute items
Attend monthly contractor progress meetings
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in road construction projects
Experience in bridge construction is desirable
Familiarity with Irish Public Works contracts or UK equivalent
Relevant experience as a Site Supervisor, with expertise in NEC
