Business Support Officer
📍 Warrington (Office-Based, 5 Days per Week)
💷 £15.28 per hour + holiday pay
📅 6-Month Temporary Assignment
I'm currently recruiting for a Business Support Officer to join the Asset Management team of a well-established housing organisation in Warrington.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data, systems and reporting, and is confident supporting a busy operational team.
What you'll be doing:

Managing and monitoring team inboxes
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Producing reports and working with data using Excel
Using VLOOKUPs, formulas and Mail Merge as part of day-to-day tasks
Supporting compliance-related administration and documentation
Coordinating information across multiple systems
Responding to customer enquiries and supporting service requests
Assisting with complaint investigations through information gathering and record management
Providing general administrative support to the wider Asset Management teamWhat I'm looking for:

Strong administration experience within a busy office environment
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and formulas
Experience using Mail Merge
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Outlook
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A customer-focused approach and confident communication skillsDesirable:

Experience working within social housing, property, repairs, compliance or asset management
An understanding of housing compliance or regulatory requirements
Business Administration NVQ Level 3The Details:
