This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to join a collaborative and ambitious team, with scope to play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role:
You will advise a broad range of employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, delivering practical, commercially focused advice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on day-to-day employment law issues
- Handling unfair and wrongful dismissal claims
- Supporting on redundancy and restructuring processes
- Drafting and advising on contracts, policies, and procedures
- Advising on restrictive covenants and post-termination matters
- Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and networking initiatives
What They’re Looking For:
- 4+ years’ PQE in Employment Law (private practice preferred)
- Strong experience acting for employer/respondent clients
- Solid technical grounding with a commercial, pragmatic approach
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with a good level of autonomy
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
- Interest in business development and growing client relationships
Experience in business immigration would be advantageous but is not essential.
