At Roxburgh you will not be a number on a spreadsheet. You will work directly alongside our Site Managers, Architects and Specialist Subcontractors to deliver bespoke architectural projects of genuine quality — work you can take real pride in.
Experience and skills required
* A strong background in high-specification residential refurbishment or bespoke new build.
* Confident end-to-end commercial management, including procurement, cost control and reporting.
* A collaborative approach, with a proven ability to build effective working relationships with site teams, trades and clients.
* A sharp eye for detail when reviewing architectural drawings and identifying commercial risk.
* Sound working knowledge of JCT contract administration in practice.
* Experience of prime central London residential projects is advantageous, though not essential for candidates with the right high-end background.
