Experience in sales or recruitment? Nice, but not essential. We’re more interested in your attitude than your CV.
The role:
This is a sales-based role (but with heart). You’ll be on the front line, speaking to new clients and sharing our passion for helping them recruit the best staff. You’ll also recruit the people who’ll work with your clients – and we’ll train you on how to do it properly.
It’s fast-paced, people-focused, and no two days are the same. But you won’t be thrown in the deep end – you’ll be supported by a close-knit team that’s here to help you succeed.

You will start with training to learn all aspects of the role - and then build on a solid foundaiton to become a fullt fledged recruitment consultant.

* Term time:
* Monday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
* Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
* Thursday & Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
* School holidays:
* Monda: 8:30am – 3:30pm
* Tuesday & Wednesday:08:30 - 12:30
* Thursday & Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm
