Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Part Time Administrator on behalf of one of our fantastic clients based in Nottingham.
Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide administrative support across the business. The successful candidate will have previous administration experience, be confident using Sage and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and possess excellent communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time hours within a friendly and supportive working environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the business.
Process invoices, purchase orders and other financial documentation using Sage.
Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.
Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries professionally.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Excel.
Assist with data entry, document management and general office administration.
Support colleagues with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately and in line with company procedures.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments in a professional and courteous manner.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Experience using Sage accounting software(preferable).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
Good numerical and data entry skills.
Professional and friendly telephone manner.
Reliable, flexible and able to work effectively as part of a small team.
