As a QA Manager, you will work closely with site teams and the client to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of the project—from initial stages to final handover. Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function across projects, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
* Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and frameworks to drive continuous improvement
* Oversee audits, inspections, and quality control processes, ensuring consistent execution across teams
* Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact for all quality-related matters
* Provide leadership, guidance, and development to QA teams and wider project stakeholders
* Ensure all documentation, certification, and handover requirements are completed to the highest standard
* Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions across projects
* Report on quality performance metrics to senior leadership
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior QA or QA management role, ideally within data centre or M&E environments
* Strong leadership and team management experience
* In-depth knowledge of QA/QC standards, compliance frameworks, and audit processes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to operate strategically while maintaining attention to detail
* Relevant degree or professional certification
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management systems
