Commercial Sales Executive

The Opportunity Depending on your strengths and aspirations, roles are available across:

Phone‑based sales – managing inbound/outbound activity, nurturing warm leads and developing repeat business.
Face‑to‑face sales – meeting customers on‑site, building relationships and understanding their operational needs.
Field sales – managing a territory, visiting clients, identifying new opportunities and driving growth. You’ll be joining a high‑performing commercial team with strong leadership, structured training and a clear pathway into senior sales, account management or business development roles.
  
What You’ll Be Doing
Building relationships with new and existing customers across industrial, commercial and trade sectors.
Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right products and solutions.
Managing your own pipeline, hitting activity targets and driving revenue growth.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and repeat business.
Identifying opportunities within a rapidly expanding organisation that is continually opening new sites and integrating newly acquired businesses.
Representing a respected, well‑established brand with a strong reputation for reliability and service.   
What You Bring
A genuine desire to grow in sales — whether you’re early in your career or already experienced.
Confidence speaking with customers, either over the phone or face‑to‑face.
Resilience, energy and a proactive approach to winning business.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Ambition to progress within a large, expanding organisation.
Experience in sales, customer service or a commercial environment is beneficial but not essential — attitude matters most.
