Fox Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Mandarin-speaking B2B Sales Executive on behalf of a successful and growing client based in Corby.
Our client supplies a wide range of products to businesses operating within the food and takeaway industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused sales professional who can build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and help drive continued growth across the UK market.
The position will be primarily office-based in Corby; however, regular travel to meet new and existing clients will be required.
THE ROLE
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.
Your duties will include:
Identifying and approaching potential new B2B customers within the food and takeaway industry
Generating leads through telephone calls, emails, networking, referrals and market research
Arranging and attending client meetings across the UK
Building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Understanding each customer’s requirements and recommending suitable products and solutions
Preparing quotations, negotiating prices and closing sales
Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
Following up quotations, enquiries and potential sales opportunities
Developing existing customer accounts and identifying opportunities to increase revenue
Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity
Monitoring market trends, competitors and potential areas for business growth
Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction
Achieving agreed sales targets and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this position, you must have:
* Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken
* A strong background in B2B sales, business development or account management
* A proven ability to generate new business and close sales
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* A confident and professional approach when dealing with clients
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify profitable opportunities
* The confidence to make outbound sales calls and arrange face-to-face meetings
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* The ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* The flexibility to travel to customer sites when required
* Good general IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
Previous sales experience within any of the following areas would be advantageous:
* Foodservice
* Takeaway or catering supplies
* Food packaging
* Wholesale or distribution
* Hospitality supplies
* FMCG
* Import and export
* Products supplied to restaurants, takeaways or food businesses
