The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

As part of this investment, they are looking to appoint a Salesforce CRM Manager to take ownership of how Salesforce supports and improves business operations across the organisation.
This is a business-facing role focused on ensuring the CRM platform delivers real value. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across sales, operations and leadership teams to optimise processes, improve data quality, and ensure Salesforce evolves in line with business needs.
This role will suit someone who enjoys improving how systems support people and processes, rather than simply maintaining a platform.

*
Owning and improving the organisation’s CRM processes and workflows
*
Analysing existing business processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through Salesforce
*
Working with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and drive system improvements
*
Translating business needs into practical, user-friendly CRM solutions
*
Improving reporting, dashboards and data visibility to support decision making
*
Driving user adoption, training and best practice across the platform
*
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping shape the long-term CRM roadmap
You will act as the key link between business teams and technical specialists, ensuring the CRM platform continues to evolve and deliver measurable benefits.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
*
Experience managing or improving a Salesforce CRM platform
*
A strong understanding of business processes and how systems support them
*
Experience working with stakeholders across multiple departments
*
The ability to translate business requirements into practical CRM solutions
*
A proactive approach to system improvement and user adoption
*
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable, although candidates with experience managing similar CRM platforms will also be considered.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a key business system within a growing organisation that is committed to investing in technology and continuous improvement.
